Salt Cay is the most easterly of all the islands in the Turks and Caicos and despite being the smallest and least populated, there are still a couple of ways to get to there.

Typically, you would first fly to Providenciales (PLS) via any of these airlines: Air Canada; American Airlines; Bahamas Air; British Airways; United; Delta Airlines; JetBlue; WestJet

Followed by a flight with Caicos Express Airlines to Salt Cay (SLX). Caicos Express Airways runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays or can be chartered for additional costs:

Mondays and Fridays:
PLS/SLX 8:00 AM*, 9:00 AM and 3:15 PM
SLX/PLS 8:45 AM, 10:30 AM and 4:10 PM

Wednesdays:
PLS/SLX 8:00 AM*
SLX/PLS 8:45 AM*
PLS/SLX 3:15 PM
SLX/PLS 4:10 PM

Saturdays*:
PLS/SLX 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM
SLX/PLS 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM

*Designates seasonal dates December 28 - March 30 (subject to change without notice)

Flights to and from Grand Turk are also available.

If you feel like being adventurous and may we add – this is not for those prone to seasickness! – it is possible to travel from Grand Turk to Salt Cay via boat, which is a lot of fun and often gives you a chance to get to know one of the locals before you even reach the island. We will be happy to arrange any travel needs from Providenciales to Salt Cay upon request.
